Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Benefits Consultant located in the Greater Pittsburgh Region. The Benefits Consultant will be responsible for providing consulting services to businesses in managing their employee benefits. This includes assisting with benefits administration, conducting in-depth consultations, and providing exceptional customer service. The Benefits Consultant will utilize their knowledge of insurance and employee benefits to help businesses select the most appropriate solutions for their employees.
Qualifications
- Experience in Benefits Administration and Consulting
- Strong knowledge of Employee Benefits and Insurance
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze and understand complex benefit plans
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus
