Joe was known for his big smile and even bigger personality. He never met a person he didn't like, especially since it provided him with a new audience to listen to his antics from the last nine decades. He was born on November 17, 1947, in Evansville, IN to Morris Dale Sr. and Regina Demeling Pea. On September 7, 1968, he married Terry Gorman. She survives.
